Q: Where is your location?
A: DH Sewing Machines, a storefront establishment, is conveniently located at 6150 Northeast 4th Court, Miami, Florida 33137. Situated just north of Midtown and south of North Miami, we offer ample private parking for our valued clientele
Q: Typical Business Hours in the U.S?
A: We maintain hours of 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. We recommend you call before visiting for drop-off or pick-up, to avoid potential delays
Q: Can you tell me exactly how much this job will cost?
A: We determine fair and accurate prices by evaluating the unique problem with your sewing machine. Most companies give estimates over the phone, and those quotes are subject to change once the service technician actually sees the job. We don’t think that is fair to you. We diagnose your problem in person and provide a $45 estimate, plus a location-based travel charge. This ensures you know the exact cost upfront, eliminating hidden fees and surprises.
Q: What type of machines?
A: Expert repairs for industrial & domestic sewing machines. We service single needle, overlock, cover stitch, buttonhole, button sew machines. For electronic machines a $125/hr diagnostic fee; parts/ circuit boards repairs not guaranteed. Mechanical issues usually resolved. We repair Brother, Janome, Juki, Kenmore, Bernina, Pfaff, and more. Domestic repairs in-shop only.
Q: Do you make deliveries and installations?
A: Our company offers comprehensive delivery and installation services, performed by our skilled technicians. We ensure your sewing machine is expertly set up and fully operational at your location.
Q: Return and Refund Policy

Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item. To qualify for a return, ensure the item remains unused, in its original condition, and within its original packaging.
Restocking Fee
We apply a 25% restocking fee to all returned items. This amount will be subtracted from your total refund.
Final Sale Items
Note that final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you regarding its receipt and the status of your refund request (approval or rejection).
If we approve your return, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically post to your original payment method; processing times vary depending on your card issuer.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on final sale items. Furthermore, we cannot process returns for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, accidents, abuse, or typical wear and tear.

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect, contact us immediately at sales@dhsewing.com. We will promptly work to resolve the issue.
