Welcome to our website. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
1. Professional and Industrial Use All equipment, including industrial sewing machines, is sold specifically for professional or industrial applications. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that these machines require technical knowledge for proper operation and maintenance.
2. Assembly and Testing Standards Standard orders include our professional “Assembled and Tested” service. Our technicians ensure the machine is timed, stitching correctly, and fully operational before it leaves our facility.
- Standard Shipment Configuration: The machine head is secured in its protective box. The stand, table, and motor are fully assembled and secured to a pallet for freight.
- Customer-Requested Non-Assembly: If a customer requests the machine not be assembled, the buyer assumes 100% responsibility for assembly, timing, and calibration. We are not liable for malfunctions resulting from self-assembly.

- Palletized Freight: Machines are shipped via heavy freight. The buyer must provide a valid shipping address capable of receiving pallets.
- Unloading: The buyer must have the means to unload the pallet (e.g., loading dock or forklift). Liftgate fees for residential delivery are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Special Crating: Certain machines, due to extreme size or weight, may require custom crating, which may be subject to additional freight charges.
- Damage Inspection: Shipments must be inspected immediately. Damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves.
